Branson Ultrasonics
Corporation has established a quality management system based upon the requirements
defined by the ISO 9001 standard and the fundamentals defined in the Branson
Quality Policy. A set of auditable practices and controls has been implemented
for the company's processes to achieve customer satisfaction, conformance
to applicable regulatory requirements, and continual system performance improvement.

policy of Branson Ultrasonics Corporation to achieve the highest standards

Branson Ultrasonics

a system to address and manage any environmental impacts that may result from
the products we make, the process activities we perform, and the services
we provide. This includes a commitment to:

- Continually improve our overall environmental performance.
- Implement a system to address and review objectives and targets to improve our environmental performance.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations that govern our environment.
- Uphold the environmental principles of Emerson and applicable company policies and requirements to which we subscribe.

Our activities include:

Earning the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection's
Green Circle Award six years in a row (1998 through 2003). This award is
given to companies that have promoted pollution prevention, waste reduction,
natural resource conservation, and/or environmental awareness.

Contributing to the Still River Alliance, a group of local
companies dedicated to the revitalization of a local landmark. Once polluted
and devoid of life, this river is now home to various aquatic plants and finfish.

Participating in the State of Connecticut's Climate Wise Program,
which was designed to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption.
Branson has won the USEPA Leadership Award for our Climate Wise involvement.
